Customer reported kitchen hood exhaust fan not working. Tech arrived and found broken belt inside fan. Replaced belt and changed filter in furnace.
Completed preventative maintenance on AC. Washed air filters in furnace. Found condensing fan motor spinning in opposite direction due to bad capacitor. Replaced capacitor and tested operation. Bryant AC.
Completed preventative maintenance on Unico system. Found AC pressures low. Charged with 3lb R410A and added LeakStop
Installed new American Standard furnace in ceiling, and condenser outside. --Mount condenser to wall with wall brackets --Mount horizontal furnace in ceiling --Install drain pan and condensate pump --Run new lineset --Run new B-vent through roof --Run new gas piping for furnace --Run new thermostat wire and install new thermostat --Run two electrical circuits for furnace and condenser
Customer reported no AC for York unit. Found electrical wiring burnt up. Repaired wiring and washed condenser coil.
Installed new American Standard furnace, condenser, and coil
Customer reported AC making horrible noise. Tech arrived and found Bryant unit low on freon. Charged with 2lb R22. Unit has poor airflow likely due to dirty evaporator coil. Recommend installing new American Standard Air Conditioner.
Customer reported York rooftop unit on flat roof not working. Tech arrived and completed diagnostics on RTU. Found unit with high pressure switch tripped. Pushed manual reset button and got unit to cool. Found condenser fan relay getting stuck. Replaced the relay and tested. Unit has major deterioration. The entire evaporator condensate pan is rotted out and all water collects and drips out of unit onto the roof. Took measurements and unit information to quote estimate on new RTU.
Completed preventative maintenance on Trane rooftop units, exhaust fan, mini-split, and changed filters on furnaces. Changed filters and belts on RTU as well. Unclogged a condensate drain. Ordered a new pulley and fuse for the units.
Customer needed to remove an underground oil tank, but the air conditioner AC condenser was on top of it. Tech uninstalled and moved the condenser out of the way. After customer removed the oil tank, tech returned. Levelled the condenser, reconnected the lineset and brazed, and charged with R410A for proper freon charge.
Customer reported AC not cooling enough. Thermostat set to 72°, but house staying at 76°. Found Lennox unit low on freon. Charged with 1lb R22,
Customer reported SpacePak AC not working in attic. Found unit with bad blower motor. Tech picked up new motor and returned same day to install. Wired in new motor and tested operaton.
Installed new ADP air handler heater with water coil heat kit, and Amana condenser on the roof.
Customer air conditioning is not working and requested a quote. Tech came out for an estimate to replace Ameristar downflow furnace and Lennox AC.
Customer reported AC not working. Tech found Goodman condenser low on freon. Customer will be installing a new American Standard full system high efficiency furnace and AC condenser.
Customer reported West AC not working. Found that condenser fan motor was not spinning. Tested and found bad capacitor. Replaced capacitor and tested freon levels. Everything is working now.
Customer reported AC line freezing. Found unit low on freon and added R22 freon.
Preventative maintenance on rooftop equipment. Installed new filters on RTUs. Replaced belts for exhaust fan and make up air unit MAU MUA. Greased bearings, cleaned PVC condensate trap, cleaned evaporator coil, started up and checked pressures and temperatures of AC air conditioning compressors.
Signed up for USA Universal Savings Agreement preventative maintenance package. Tech completed tune-ups on two air conditioning systems. Found unit low on freon. Charged system and added 2lb R410A.
Saturday overtime call. Customer reported no AC for first floor. Found bad dual capacitor. Replaced capacitor and completed preventative maintenance on unit. Signed up for the universal savings agreement USA preventative maintenance package. Customer saved 15% on the repair.
