Completed preventative maintenance on Trane RTU and two American Standard furnaces. Trane Rooftop Unit has a bad inducer motor. Replaced inducer motor and capacitor.
Replaced thermocouple on Sterling hanging heater
Customer reported York rooftop unit not working. Tech repaired wiring, replacing condensing fan motor, reset phase monitor, and installed a new high limit.
Customer reported heat not working. Tech found spider web inside burner. Removed spider web. Completed tune-up on Carrier furnace. Installed new Aprilaire humidifier pad.
Surveyed and inspected all HVAC equipment for warehouse. Recorded all model and serial numbers, filter, and belt sizes. Three rooftop units were quoted for repairs. Completed preventative maintenance on all units. Checked unit operation. Vacuumed debris. Checked and lubricated motors as needed. Units include Carrier, York, and Lennox.
Completed boiler tune-up on two Weil McLain boilers for an apartment building.
Completed boiler maintenance on Laars boiler. Customer has the Universal Savings Agreement.

Completed furnace cleaning on American Standard furnace. Unit needed a new igniter. Customer has the Universal Savings Agreement and saved 15% on the ignitor replacement.

Completed preventative maintenance on Rheem rooftop units, furnaces, and hanging heaters. Replaced gas regulator on RTU.
Replaced existing air handler in condo building. Installed Amana air handler, condenser, and heat kit. Installed new condensate pump and a wet switch.
Customer reported Carrier RTU not working. Tech found blown fuses causing unit not work. Replaced fuses.

Customer reported AC not blowing cold on York unit. Checked out unit and found that the control wire was missing. It appeared to have been pulled out of the unit. Must have been stepped on by accident. Found the wire leaning on the angle roof. Reconnected into the AC condenser. The AC unit is now running. Checked freon temperatures and found unit was low on Freon. Charged with 1 pound R22.
Customer reported 2nd floor Carrier AC not cooling correctly Tech arrived and checked AC on both 1st and 2nd floors Found 2nd floor furnace with a bad circuit board causing blower motor to not receive power Rewired blower motor to provide temporary AC Ordered new board and will return when in stock Tested freon temps and pressures on both AC units Washed both condensers Returned with new board Wired in new board and tested operation
Preventative Maintenance On Rooftop Equipment. Ordered and Picked Up Filters and Belts. Came Out and Replaced Filters and Belts On Rooftop Units, Exhaust Fans and Make Up Air Unit. Greased Bearings On Exhaust Fans. Checked Operation Of All Equipment. Also Removed Metal Filters From Make Up Air Unit and Brought Down. Used Degreaser and Washed Metal Filters. Reinstalled Filters In Make Up Air Unit. Set Up Hose and Power Washer. Also Degreased and Power Washed Condenser and Evaporator Coils On Rooftop Units. Left All Equipment Online
